Community starts with a clear agreement about working together. You can begin with a friend, a colleague or a hosted room; you do not need a permanent partner or a shared diagnosis.
Find a format
Read finding your first accountability partner for a specific invitation and trial agreement. Compare group and one-on-one body doubling if you are deciding how much interaction you want.
Participate respectfully
Follow the room's rules, keep private information private and ask before offering advice. Quiet work should remain quiet during the agreed block. Do not record, screenshot or share another participant's presence without a clear agreement.
A useful community allows people to state preferences and leave at the planned time. Unfinished work does not require a personal defense.
